Stunning heiress Tamara Ecclestone is renting a Beverly Hills mansion for a bank-busting $90,000-a-month.
Tamara, husband Jay Rutland and their two children have moved into the palatial home in the Coldwater Canyon area. Long owned by a non-famous family, the Beverly Hills rental property was built in 1987.
Though the 9,500-square-foot mansion originally began life as a Mediterranean-inspired villa, it underwent a full-scale remodel in 2015 that transformed the dated structure into a high-fashion contemporary look.
The gated estate makes a visual impression. Beyond the tall driveway gates, the charcoal grey stone motor court and steps starkly contrast with the bone-white exterior paint.
A double-height foyer will wow guests, and custom oak floors flow into the formal living and dining rooms.
The eat-in kitchen is “bathed in marble” according to the listing and complete with a full set of luxury appliances.
Downstairs, there’s also a home cinema and private office with wood-panelled grey walls. Most of the public rooms offer French doors for easy access to the outdoor living areas.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a private balcony and sitting area, plus a fireplace and dual bathrooms and closets. The house also features an indoor sauna, and a high-tech Control4 home automation/security system.
Outside, there’s a built-in BBQ/outdoor kitchen expensively covered in marble, a plunge pool and adjoining spa.,Image: 606979916, License: Rights-managed, Restrictions: , Model Release: no, Credit line: Profimedia
