Grammy-winning singer Kelly Clarkson has just splashed out $5.445 million on Los Angeles mansion after the break-up of her marriage. Kelly split from Brandon Blackstock after seven years of marriage last year. Now she’s snapped up the Colonial-style property in the Toluca Lake area. The purchase came days before the “American Idol” star finally unloaded her Tennessee mega-mansion for $6.3 million. Her latest home is 5,000 square feet but offers plenty of exterior space with a one-acre lot. Outside, there’s a huge motor court and an amenity-loaded garden with a swimming pool, spa, tennis court, guesthouse and gazebo. Splashes of colour keep things interesting inside.
